> 50-59 units $12.00 per unit   

> 60-79 units $11.50 per unit     

> 80 units $ 11.00 per unit

All units must be used at single date of service.

Key things to note

*Takes 10-14 days to see FULL effect

* Working on skin integrity is VITAL for optimal outcome. 

*Movement as soon as 3-4 wks is not uncommon (esp on very expressive individuals, those with fast metabolism, etc). However it should by no means be back to baseline. If for some reason this does happen, reach out to your provider. We are a team when it comes to your outcome.

*Treatment is recommended every 3-4 months (this can vary person to person as well as the dosing that is given determines longevity).

*Botox will NOT remove lines that are present at rest -That will require consistency of treatments, quality skincare, and other modalities. 

This treatment has low probability for downtime -other than the potential for bruising around treatment area as well as adverse/unwanted outcome. Please refer to consent for additional information.
